Joseph has a great understanding of Safetysync. It was tough to get the owners to buy in. After Joseph did a demo we were committed.We are fortunate as Core Energy contracts Joseph to us and thus we have him daily to assist with SS as well as other things. SS has been willing to accommodate us in tailoring the programming to suit our needs. Sometime we have had to ask a few times to get the changes, but it seems to get done.
